Sales Advisor 3618 – Modimolle

We are seeking a suitably qualified Sales Advisor residing in or around the Modimolle area to oversee branch sales functions within our new Real Beds store. The ideal candidate will take ownership of branch sales, collection strategies, and performance targets.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in bedding sales, collections, and cash management, with exposure to delivering excellent customer service within a retail environment.

The role will:

  • Ensure excellent customer service through active involvement in customer interactions.
  • Apply company sales techniques effectively to maximise sales performance.
  • Attend training sessions on selling skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Work under pressure and retail hours to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Invite customers to in-store events via telephone, personal contact, and written invitations.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and consistently promote bedding products.

Requirements:

  • High school or Matric / Grade 12 qualification (non-negotiable).
  • Bedding sales experience preferred (e.g. Sleepmasters, Dial a Bed, The Bed Shop, Mattress Warehouse).
  • Computer literate with professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Must reside in or around the Modimolle area.
