§ Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to stores and operational staff
§ Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
§ Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources
Key Requirements:
§ Senior Certificate
§ Must be computer literate
§ Post-school Computer Practice qualification would be advantageous
§ Multi lingual
Competencies:
§ Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
§ Proficient on Teams
§ Good organizational and communication skills.
§ Work under pressure and in a deadline orientated environment.
§ Attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
