Key Requirements:
§ Senior Certificate
§ 2 -3 Years receptionist work experience in a corporate environment
§ Fluent in English and any second language.
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
§ Computer Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and good typing skills
§ Good organizational, communication and written skills
§ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
§ Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
§ Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and handle a high-pressured working environment
§ Strong interpersonal skills
Duties (but not limited to):
§ Answering, screening and directing of all inbound (internal and external) calls professionally
§ Transferring of all incoming calls, messages and queries promptly to the correct persons/ departments
§ Provide professional receptionist services to clients, visitors and business partners and maintain good relations.
§ Maintain good relations with clients, visitors and business partners.
§ Perform and manage general receptionist/ switchboard functions and administrative tasks
§ Perform ad hoc tasks within the department
